I am a 6’2 170 lb guy with long limbs and a light frame. I would really like to pack on some solid muscle mass before the summer. But I have no idea what kind of routine I need, what sort of diet, or any idea as to how to get started. Every year, I get really frustrated because ever since high school, I’ve been the tall skinny guy who stays at home on weekends. Unfortunately since then, not much has changed. Somebody please help.
