What is the best supplement should i take to gain muscle mass?

I took N.O Xplode but i dont need energy, i want something to increase my muscle mass since i have an ectomorph body

    Stop reading bodybuilding magazines that tell you that you need to take supplements to build muscles.

    You need to eat a lot more. If you think you are eating enough, think again because you have a really fast metabolism going on. I used to think I was eating enough because my friends would say I eat like a monster.

    You need to focus on compound exercises at the gym. Do not do bicep curls like all the puny little guys at the gym. I only do deadlift, squat, and bench press. They are KING to build muscle mass.

    Get plenty of sleep because your muscles grow when you are resting. Before thinking about taking supplements, look at your diet, exercise, and how much rest you are getting.

  5. If I were to take BSN products – I would take True-Mass and Cellmass. The bare bones of building muscle is all about protein and carb intake, the rest is all fluff.
