what can i do to gain muscle mass and get bigger?

im 6 ft. and 160 pounds (18 yrs old) and still trying to gain mass but dont know how to go about doing it. im slim but my body is well defined with alot of cuts. im trying to figure out what type of workout and diet plans can help me gain weight and muscle mass.

    2. High protein low fat and moderate diet.

    3. Supplements like vitamins ,minerals etc.etc.

  3. It’s simple. Lift up weight alot and if you want sick abes like mine (raw six pack) do at least 800 stomach curls or situps a day and in about 3-5 months the packs should be showing.

  4. EAT!!!
    You gotta increase your calorie intake. You should be eating a lot of complex carbs…tons of protein…and some "good" fat (like nuts and fish).
    Try to eat 4-6 smaller meals a day vs. 3 huge ones…eat a good breakfast….and snack, snack, snack all day long…just be sure to eat the good stuff…no MickeyD’s
    If you work out currently, stop doing cardio and just focus on lifting. Do Not overtrain.
    Spread out your workout like Mon, Wed, Fri, doin back and chest mon and fri and legs on wed
    I would recommend checking out Men’s Health.com or bodybuilding.com for more technical info….like how many calories you specificly need etc.
