Ive tried deer semen. it comes in pill form and liquid form. i get it from an asian shop that specializes in selling weird crap to americans that think its going to help.
Try smoking pot. when youre high and you lift a lot, it releases endorphins and it makes you feel like your coming.
A balanced diet and lots of water.
