What are the best supplements to take for a person trying to become an elite level sprinter (legally)?

Recovery supplements, and maybe like diet supplements
I'm trying to get lean and ripped but not big at all. I weight 180 and trying to get down to a healthy 165-170

Actually, you don't need to diet in fact to lose weight, the only diet which really showed results for me was green tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials remaining, it has been highlighted in Fox News and USA Today. I worked off 25 pounds, it really does produce success!

  2. I'd probably say Protein and a multi-vitamin. Im not sure if you need to lose weight or not, but Diet pills are pure crap and can hurt your progress so stay away from those. Good luck man, always been a dream of mine to lose all this weight and join the olympics!
