    I have no idea why but i love to run! Im 14 and I run everyday. Because Im about 10-15 pound overwieght. I just love to run. I would probably do it even if i wasnt out of shape. But I can’t exercise in the morning. As much as I would like to I cant. Im just too busy in the morning. By the way, I love this video. You are so honest. 5/5 and subscribing.     im not a medical person. but thru my classes i kno that when u drastically decrease ur calorie intake ur metablolism slows down. so when u up it sudddenly ur body is into hoarding mode ie. it takes in as much as it can in case ur lower colories again. so i wud suggest a gradual increase of the right foods of right portions. oh and also combining with exerisise. more so cardio bcus it targets calorie burning

    u exercise bfore u eat that way ur energy is focused on burning calories rather than focusing on digesting wat u eat.

    Okay, calories are JUST energy. In order to lose weight you have to burn MORE calories then you take in. Lets say you eat 1700 calories, you have to burn at least double that to lose one pound. Eat as many calories, as your body needs. Foods you should be eating are like vegtables. You burn off those calories just by chewing. Burn more than you take in and diet. When I say workout I mean REALLY WORK OUT! If you want 2 lose weight you have 2 work out for hours. Hope i could help.

    dont think its calorie intake…….i reduced my calorie intake from over 2000 to 1800 then gradually reduced it to 1500 then to 1300…..am currently 1300 is what am currently on just til am back to my healthy weight then i will stick to 1800calories………i have lost 10kg since january….but it was due to EXERCISE….serious exercise-5days a week….10min warm up, 15min cardio and 15min punch + kicks…..before i reduced my calorie intake i already was losing weight because of the exercise

  18. I have a question for anyone reading this. I have been trying to loose weight for a couple months now and I think my biggest problem is not eating enough calories. I am eating about 1200 calories a day and my caloric intake should be about 2200. So my body is stuck in starvation mode, I have tried increasing my caloric intake to about 1700 but I haven’t noticed any weight loss. Can anyone help?

  20. this is not true.yoga positions, or asana’s, are exercises of endurance…nothing to do with religion…

  21. Eat more protein and fiber. Raw veggies are very low in calories and high in fiber. Also, something like bean soup seems to keep you full for few calories

    I see you do yoga, I’ve been told that christian shouldn’t do yoga because the poses worship others gods. SOOOOO what are your thougths about it?? I want to do it, but don’t want to worship any other god, but the I love, and he’s almighty.

    how do you stop yourself from feeling hungry, i am constantly hungry, unless I restrict my carb intake, but usually that means uping the fat in my diet, any suggestions

  25. yes she has another one, its called the 30day shred. its at walmart, you can get it for about 10 bucks. Its good and very very intense something you may need to knock those pounds off. I recommend it to anyone.
