  1. Fruit carbs are complex carbs and they are necessary for fat burning. Its simple carbs that are bad for health……. (pizzas, bread, biscuits, burgers etc)

  2. There are some amazing recipes and things you can do with veggies to make them taste nice…..
    You could browse online for some low fat salad recipes

  3. what i did was completely avoided all sodas and juices, all of them! and ate less for meals especially dinner, then i was at 260 now im 200 🙂 oh also eat lots of fruits and veggies, veggies suck though they taste bad lol

  7. Im not to sure about the other but the all body crunch works very well im in great shape i have a fully toned body.. but the all body crunches works a charm on the abdominals and also you need to do some oblique work too 😉

    Each weekly workout can be 2x/week on non-consecutive days. Ideally, you can start to cut back on long cardio workouts and get more into interval based work that will get you into better shape faster than traditional, steady state cardio. Keep up the great work!

  11. Sorry again! Went back to the beginning, and it’s still a bit unclear. How many times do we repeat this per session and how much cardio is also recommended?
    An answer would be great 🙂

  13. We can always bring it back! I was a huge fan of Veronica Mars and Family Guy – Family Guy came back, Veronica did not 🙁 I am still upset about this but have faith it can be done w/ a little fan support.

  15. What happened to “Be a Loser like John” updates?

    Did he gain a little weight or something?

    You should continue the updates regardless if he has been loosing or even started gaining a little.

    It helps others relate, as many people have started out loosing weight and reached a point where the pounds weren’t coming off as easy, or they have gained again.

    Showing his progress regardless keeps it real for everyone.
