The e-book is one of the best I’ve seen in terms of format and content. About every chapter includes a video, or diagram, thoroughly explaining the content, with plenty of plyometrics exercise examples. He also includes in the book an exercise chart plus a exercise plan which is very strait forward and simple to follow. The plan routines take 14 days you then replicate adding more weight and intensity. Not all the exercises are strictly plyometric workouts. He includes a number of upper body and core workouts, so you can get your upper body involved in the leap and build sufficient power to help increase vertical leap. Hiller also conveniently includes links to nutritional vitamin supplements and any equipment that you may want to get. However, it’s totally optional and if you maintain a good diet and have access to a gym or free weights, you won’t need anything else.

The manual also includes a link to the jumpers forum where you can talk with other Jump Manual Members and easily find answers to your questions. This is very handy. Also, the jump manual website has plenty of helpful videos and testimonials to view.

A single thing I liked about this system was that Jacob Hiller seemed actually passionate about this plan and to truly care. He even answers e-mails personally. Which I do think says a lot for a program, particularly with all of the junk that’s out there. I recommend seeing the video clip of Hiller telling a bit about himself and some of what it is possible to expect from your leap guide.

Will this instruction booklet show me the way to do plyometrics workouts?

The answer is yes, but if you are looking for just a few plyometric exercises to do, then this manual is probably not what you are looking for. This manual is focused on one major goal, increasing your vertical jump. So it is much more than a plyos workout. It is a complete system with principles and guidelines, that is followed exactly will take your game to the next level.

However, even though the main goal of this program is to increase your vertical jump, it will do way more than that. The plyometrics exercises in this manual can also double as cardio exercises, and speed drills, so not just your jump will improve.

Is it a scam?

It’s definitely not a scam, but as confirmed above it is an extreme fitness program. That may not be for everybody, but if you are dedicated and need a good solid plan routine which will increase your quickness, power, and leap. Then yeah I definitely recommend this.
