For those who don’t want to go down the route of andro or steroids, adding supplements such as protein or creatine can go a long way in supplementing your muscle growth from the gym. If you decide that andro or steroids are right for you, you will have a harder time finding these supplements and run the risk of long term and potentially even fatal consequences. Let’s stick with the basics for now.

The first step for most of us is to determine the proper protein for usage. Some of the best protein powders available come in the form of whey protein. This protein is easily digestible and is generally considered the top protein for muscle gain. You can also go down the path of using egg, casein, and other types of protein, however these will give you lesser results.
