What are the differences between Steam Cabinets ? Steam Cabinets vary mainly on the materials used, the aesthetic design and the functions that are available on them. The Lena Quebec and Juputer Cabinets however have less functionality and are acrylic backed with glass doors, this cuts down on the cost but you obviously have less functionality are not quite as modern in their appearance.The Europa, Amazon, and Leo enclosures are all fitted with Manual mixers rather than thermostatic.

Prices acn vary dramatically and we recommend spending a little more and getting a branded version rather than a cheaper imported version that can be expensive to put right. How does a Steam Cabinet generate Steam ? The steam is generated by a special steam generator usually located behind the back panel of the cabinet, water is boiled in steam generator and this is then released from the steam exits and dispersed to fill the cabinet as evenly as possible. The time taken to generate sufficient steam to fill a cabinet varies greatly on the size of the cabinet and the power of the steam generator, generally the more expensive cabinets come with more powerful units.
Is a Sauna the same as a Steam Cabinet ? In short No, Steam Cabinets generally have a much higher humidty and wet heat. The methods used to generate the steam are very different and it produces a very different experience.
What Materials are used in their Construction ? This varies greatly depending on which version you buy, the TC Steam Cabinets are generally made from Acrylic with glass doors, with the more expensive models made from a complete glass surround with Chrome corner pieces.
