Online Life Coaching – Healing the Pain-Body Parasite

As the egoic mind begins to identify with a sense of self that is emotionally arrested in childhood, the pain-body energy will intensify. This trauma gets continually re-triggered every single time the pain-body justifies its existence by identifying with its wounded self. It’s as if the pain-body says, “I have been hurt by others and therefore I deserve to be angry.”

Spiritual Life Coaching – Observing the Pain-Body

No matter how much meditation or spiritual practice you do, until you comprehend how the pain-body manifests itself through you and through others, you will be tricked by it and subsequently slip back into unconsciousness every time it resurfaces. The first step is to realize that you have a pain-body inside of you. Think of it as a body or field of energy that prospers through your own anger, hatred, heaviness, anxiety, depression, stress, and fears of impending doom. However it manifests, it will be causing you to re-experience your early childhood trauma which is the time when your pain-body began to manifest.

Healing the Pain-Body

Every thought you have is a simple form of energy. When negative thoughts are allowed to accumulate, they fester, intensify and become emotional in nature. If ignored or denied over time, these dark emotions tend to cling to our psyche, becoming tar-like and parasitical. Negative thoughts and emotions that arise from time to time are shamed by the ego and therefore denied or repressed altogether. The more you repress this negative self, the darker and denser it becomes.

The Reptilian Brain is Still Running the World

Everything in nature evolves. Life was once a single-celled organism. In fact, for most of the past four billion years, life on Earth consisted of the microorganism and nothing more. After bacteria, algae, and fungi formed, evolution leaped forward, manifesting as the dinosaur which prospered for about 165 million years. The reptiles, turtles, and birds of today are all that’s left from the Dinosaur Age.

Online Life Coaching – Shadow Work for Relationships

Our shadow gets projected onto others when we don’t want to face whatever is too painful to accept in ourselves. And so we do everything to keep these traits, behaviors, or issues out of sight. By ignoring them, we act is if they are not there. But not only does this bolster them, these same repressed angers, hurts, or shameful behaviors will get projected onto our mate in the forms of blame, judgment, and condemnation.
