Spiritual Life Coaching – The Rise in Extrasensory Abilities

Psychic abilities are becoming much more common amongst the general public. More and more people seem to be noticing — in both subtle and not-so-subtle ways — their higher senses such as clairvoyance (seeing), clairaudience (hearing), and clairsentience (feeling). People are getting hunches and premonitions that are more often that not, coming to past. They are reading other people’s thoughts before they speak them. And they are stretching out more with their feelings and “sensing” what to do or what not to do.

Probably the most common phenomenon that is associated with extra sensory perception today is the “11:11” phenomenon. This is when numbers such as “11:11, 7:11, 5:11, 2:11,” appear on the clock when it’s observed (more than any other number combinations). Other combinations that appear are numbers that repeat such as; “3:33, 5:55, 2:22.” Also, if your birthday is 6.23, the time of 6:23 will appear in an uncommon frequency of times. Now, if you look at the clock every five minutes, obviously this is not going to become evident. But if you only look at the clock about ten times out of the day and five out the ten times you look at it you see the number “_:11,” then you’ll probably become aware that the odds of this occurring is way beyond chance.

According to public polls, as many as 50% of the U.S. population believes in psychic abilities. This is staggering when you compare it to only 20 years ago when the figure was only 26%. It would appear that there is a direct relationship between belief and self-experience. People are discovering these extra senses within themselves.

The kundalini awakening is another phenomenon that’s rapidly on the rise, especially amongst young people. This may be due to the fact that Eastern exercise arts such as yoga and tai chi have dramatically increased in popularity in the last decade. Yoga was initially invented as a tool for raising the body’s kundalini shakti from the root chakra. The art is at least 5,000 years old and probably dates back much further into prehistory. The yogi becomes the “initiate” who experiences the kundalini awakening which is the shakti (prana) that rises from the base of the spine all the way to the top of the head, culminating at the crown chakra.

Mystical experiences or “spiritual emergencies” are becoming more frequent among common Americans. As we approach and past the end of the Mayan Calendar, I believe we’ll see another upsurge of individuals who will be discovering their own supernatural powers such as; telekinesis, teleportation, telepathy, levitation, remote viewing, and clairvoyance.
