Skin Blemishes

Though I don’t have it bad, I do have skin blemishes that I hate to have anyone see. I have a tendency to have reddish patches, and even though I am over thirty, I still tend to break out once in a while. Though I know it’s not bad, it still makes me feel very uncomfortable. I know that there are those who have it worse than me, and I am grateful that I can use makeup to cover mine up when I need to. When I am at home alone I leave my face bare so I don’t irritate my skin more than necessary, but I do wear makeup when I have to leave the house.

I have tried everything that I can think of to help minimize the skin blemishes on my face. Though there are times when it does seem to get better, nothing seems to work for very long. It might be that the remedies for skin blemishes are working for a short time before petering out, or it might just be that I have phases of good skin and times when it is just going to be bad. Whatever the case, I have not found anything that works for very long.

In the quest to get rid of your skin blemishes, you might end up spending a lot of money trying to find something that you think works well. If you don’t want to waste your time and money, you may want to visit with a dermatologist to see what they suggest. They know all about skin blemishes, and they probably know what will work for you and what will not without the trial and error. They have access to prescription medications or lotions that might clear up your problem within a matter of weeks.

If you don’t seem to have any luck getting rid of your skin blemishes, you might have to pay a little more for makeup that gives you exceptional coverage. Though that is not the ideal situation, it is better than feeling self-conscious every time you leave your home. There is something out there for everyone, though the makeup that will work best to cover up your skin blemishes might cost you more than you are used to paying. It’s definitely worth it though, as a clear looking face can mean the difference between facing the world with a smile or hiding away in your darkened living room.
