Should I take a flaxseed supplement or a fish oil supplement?
I am trying to incorporate more omega-3’s into my diet and I am currently taking a 1300mg supplement of fish oil daily. Should i switch over to flax seed oil? How many mg of Flax seed oil should I take daily? Am i taking too much fish oil mg’s daily? if so, then how much mgs should i take daily?

Fish oil is better for you and delivers more for you.
i’ve answered a few questions today and i’m short on time so i’ll just say you can and should eat both, they have different but complementary profiles of good fats.
