Preventing A Hamstring Injury Is Definitely About Careful Preparation

Because of my diligence in stretching and staying aware of my muscles, I’ve not ever had a hamstring injury. When I was thirteen, my mother took me to the doctor so he could have a look at my posture. Departed was my newfound limberness and the effort I had put forth was all for nothing. My mistake was very obvious when I joined the cross country team in the beginning of the new school year and was woefully unprepared for running, having to stretch all over again.

I finally smartened up after I got into college. I missed being motivated to run and get into shape, so I initiated a personal program of jogging each and every day. My new plans were maintained all through the next semesters and I took a lot of time ensuring that my stretches were done in the right way, allowing me to avoid a pulled hamstring. Even in cold winter months, I was able to avoid hurt by stretching and warming up.

During this time, I looked at all the information to be found online, which demonstrated that I was correct to stretch so much, since I was able to stop my muscle fibers from tearing.
