Premature Ejaculation Exercises That Work!

Premature ejaculation is usually a problem encountered by the male in his teens or twenties. This occurrence is not necessarily limited to the sexual novice, however. If there is no attempt at dealing with the problem, it can beyond the twenties. Premature ejaculation is a serious problem and there are methods to help a man overcome it.

Usually a man grows erect through foreplay, engages in sexual intercourse and after a period of time, has an orgasm. The man with this condition climaxes before or immediately following vaginal penetration. His partner is left unsatisfied and he is left feeling like a poor sexual partner.

Fortunately, the problem can be overcome. There are exercises that a man can do to train himself and to strengthen the muscles that support the urethra, rectum and bladder. These muscles are involved in the arousal and the orgasm. The Kegel exercises were originally created by Dr. Arnold Kegel in 1948. They were intended to help women with bladder control problems.

The pubococcygeus, or PC muscle is responsible for forcing the semen from the prostrate gland thereby facilitating orgasm. If this muscle is made stronger, it improves the ability to maintain an erection and avoid early orgasm. These exercises take effect after approximately two to four months. Staying power will be greatly improved.

The time required to do these is minimal. Just five to eight minutes two times per day is sufficient. Your sexual pleasure will escalate and so will that of your partner. These are safe and easy. You can do them anywhere since no one will be able to detect that any exercising is taking place.

First you must locate and learn to squeeze the PC muscle. When the sensation is the same as interrupting the urine stream, you have located it. Then squeeze it for three seconds followed by relaxing it for three seconds. Repeat the process starting with two repetitions and working your way up to fifteen. Do this twice a day for two four months and you will feel the results.

The next Kegel exercise is the same except for the duration of the squeeze. Squeeze the PC muscle, hold for ten seconds and relax for ten seconds. Do this longer version twice a day following the shorter version.

You can use masturbation as a way to practice controlling premature ejaculation. Begin to masturbate and prior to orgasm, stop touching the penis. Force yourself to calm down and relax. Use as much time as required. Then start again until you are erect and to the point of climax. Stop again and delay the orgasm. Repeat this over and over until you are able to master your own orgasm while alone.

Over time, you will develop the staying power you dream of having. These premature ejaculation exercises do work. Add visualization to your retinue of techniques. During intercourse, make yourself focus on some mundane activity to take your mind off your excitement momentarily. You will be able to wait until your partner has a full and satisfying orgasm, then have yours. You can also learn to time your release to coincide with hers. Using the Kegel exercises, the masturbation practice and visualization will all contribute greatly to your pleasure and that of your partner.
