    I don’t get why you boys are using water? If you’re on bulk, why not just use some fat milk? Cut the chocolate milk, use just milk, no water. And add one more banana.

    you do not turn fat into muscle! you train any muscle you carry to grow biger, you start thinkn like that and its a fact you will just end up fat and depresed, eat right sleep right train hard!

He seems like a nice enough guy, but he’s just like the trainers in my gym that believe they are fitness gurus when in reality, a decent percentage of people in the gym are in far better shape than them. Instead of buying what this skinny guy is selling, ask for advice from the people in your gym that are actually muscular. They will probably be glad to help and it’s free.

    ….uh, chocolate milk is low GI, about 50. Same with the banana since it’s mostly fructose. I’m not sure where this guy is getting his nutrition data from.

    yes it is okay to drink protein if you are 14!
    and xixtobxix – shakes are made up of protein, fat and carbohydrates just like ANY other food. A shake is just a way for someone to get the nutrients they need without having to take the time to sit down and have a full meal.
    Everyone needs to workout. But if someone is drinking shakes as a meal replacement it will not make them fat. Unless they’re overall caloric intake each day is above their caloric output. Educate yourself before you comment

  24. they are drug dealers or friends with them, they can get gh or any other steroids and stuff, maybe.. or they just exercise and eat well
    .. those shakes are not magical powders tho. lol, but they sure help, if you want to keep them out its better you have a good eating program cheers
