you do not turn fat into muscle! you train any muscle you carry to grow biger, you start thinkn like that and its a fact you will just end up fat and depresed, eat right sleep right train hard!

and xixtobxix – shakes are made up of protein, fat and carbohydrates just like ANY other food. A shake is just a way for someone to get the nutrients they need without having to take the time to sit down and have a full meal.
Everyone needs to workout. But if someone is drinking shakes as a meal replacement it will not make them fat. Unless they’re overall caloric intake each day is above their caloric output. Educate yourself before you comment
