Paleo diet is very scientific and it keeps in mind the metabolism of the body, the diet which we have devised for our body is not at all scientific and it is against the metabolism of our body.We should avoid excess sugar, vegetable oils and dairy products in our diet.These things do form the basis of our diet but as per the paleo diet we must avoid them in order to be healthy.We get an idea of what to eat by this diet and along with this we also get an idea of the ways by which we can live long and vibrant lives.
