Online Life Coaching – Loving What Is

When you surrender your life to the present moment, you become aligned with the divine power of the universe. It’s as if you say, “I love what you bring to me no matter what.” This is the power of presence. Your life is no longer centered around reaction, resistance, and conditional acceptance. It becomes based on surrender and peace.

Free will comes only from surrender to the present moment. Without surrender, we cannot have free will toward life when challenges arise. What we call problems are simply challenges that we have reacted to, resisted, and said “no” to. When this happens, challenges tend to escalate and become worse. When we are open, however, to life’s challenges, they are not likely to become problems. We have the choice whether or not we or going to react or not.

Creating problems is one of the ways in which the ego identifies with itself. It is a way it justifies its own existence. Saying no to life brings suffering just as closing the blinds to the sun brings darkness. You will find that life is always conspiring in your favor if you can learn to surrender completely to it. This is known as “loving what is.”

When you surrender to life, you secure your free will. Because you’re not letting others push your buttons, you’re not forfeiting your free will to them. Your daily challenges are accepted without resistance or complaining and you no longer are playing the victim. Drama becomes a thing of the past because your need to create it dissolves. As a result, your relationships with others become deeper and more loving.

Now imagine what this kind of life does for your physical health. It begins with peace of mind and ends with perfect health. The body responds by rebalancing its leptin, insulin, adrenaline, and cortisol levels. All the other hormones begin to work in harmony. Your craving for junk food and sugar wanes. Your thyroid heals, your colon cleanses, your acid reflux dissolves, your migraines stop, your candida cures, your blood pressure normalizes and your body rejuvenates. You lose all your extra weight and begin to have much more energy. And to top it all off, you begin sleeping soundly for seven to eight hours every night.

It all begins with surrendering to each moment as it comes. Then one thing leads to another. Loving the present moment unconditionally is the key to peace, health, and tranquility.
