  6. 6 kilos of muscle in 3 weekss? so u gained 0.6 lbs each day. if this is true, u got good genetics coz i did full body workouts before but I never gain muscle but I got heaps cut. now i do each muscle once a week and i started to gain muscle.

I’m doing the 3 day workout, you showed us a while back.. and the results are showing after 1 and half month of training with that work out.. but I’m a skinny guy so it’s not that imressive but got ripped and the difference is noticeable.. ­čÖé
