Class sizes should generally be no bigger than 10 people for one group fitness trainer – anymore than this, and each individual will start to lose the attention of the trainer and will essentially end up as an off-beat aerobics class. However, if you do your research, finding a group fitness trainer who can give you personal attention in a group setting should be a piece of cake.
