    Making small goals is very hard for me. I feel that since I have so much weight to loss, why have a teeny goal of 5 pounds. And why should I get excited about 5 pounds loss, when I still have 95 to go. I know I need to change this way of thinking. Desperately need too. Thanks for showing us what you do WORKS!!!

  9. This is the exact thing that I have set up for myself. I do not think that it is setting your expectations low at all. I get discouraged so easily because I am impatient. I want the weight off, and I want it now. I am not used to putting this much effort into my health, so I want immediate rewards. Setting mini goals really keeps it in perspective.

    First, let me start off by saying: THANK YOU FOR YOUR WORDS! I totally agree. That’s my philosophy as well, but sometimes along the way you lose yourself and things get hectic. I needed that boost today.

    I’m sorry to hear that things are tough right now. I’m sending my love. I’m so proud of you for always pushing through. It shows who you really are as a person just by you posting this video, when you could have easily just not done it. And yay for getting under 160!
