    Major Mistakes!
    He cant do a full pull up and you should keep your back straight when doing a seated row!! Hia inverted row is way too fast!!

    inverted and the chin ups, they have different hand positions. look carefully at his hands. but yeah… you see his shoulders and his chest? they’re not wide and open .. they curve in which is due to improper techniques.

    these workouts obviously work cuz they’re demanding; however, in the long run, your body will be heavily damaged and will cause backpain

    Yes maybe There are better excersises out there, But i think i speak for everyone when i say his excersises have worked and shown results on him?

    with dumbells you can do tricep,bicep,shoulders and even quads! go chek on some vids,just do it in right form..
