Is it safe to take a multivitamin supplement AND a calcium supplement everyday?
The multivitamin has 20% of daily calcium and the calcium pill has 60%. But they both each have 100% daily vitamin D. So I’m just wondering if it would be safe to take both of them in the same day?

Yes, you can take them in the same day, but you should take them at LEAST 4 hours apart. The human body can’t absorb more than 600 mg of Calcium (60% of the RDA) at any given point in time, so if you ingest more than that, it may be deposited elsewhere in the body (which can be very dangerous). The content of Vitamin D is just fine. The RDA for Vitamin D is only 400 IU and it’s commonly recommended for 1-2,000 IU for optimal benefits.
Good luck and I hope I helped!
