Is it possible to form a workout plan that builds both muscle mass and muscle toning?

I want to build a lot of muscle but develop a six-pack/beach body as well. I can’t afford a personal trainer or find any reputable information. Are there any recommended websites for creating personal work out plans?

    well a good way to gain a lot of muscle and keep up a nice body is to eat lots so you have the energy and fat your body needs to make muscle and to work not only on your abs but your arms and legs also, some other good ideas might be to ask a gym teacher if they have some advice

  2. If your still in school talk to your coach. My coach gives out sheets of daily workout routines. otherwise i dont really know, eat healthy work out
