if i do cardio to lose fat but don’t lift weights do i lose muscle mass?

ok im at about 20-23% body fat right now i wanna get to around 7% so im focusing mostly on cardio

but if i do cardio but no weight lifting will i lose muscle/ muscle mass in the arms?
