I want to lose fat and tone up my muscles without gaining muscle mass, How do i do it?

I am a relatively BIG structured guy, and i have enough muscle to look like a horse but instead i look like a hippo lol, big and strong but has way to much fat! I have enough muscle for right now but i want to focus on getting cut-up and not gain muscle mass with it! So what do i need to do to lose the fat(not the muscle) and tone up the muscles in my whole body?

  2. If it’s an option, I strongly recommend surfing.

    I was in a similar predicament, I had muscle, but also fat. I wanted to cut the fat, but keep the muscle. I hated cardio in the gym. I turned to surfing. Now I do 5 hour surf sessions, have tons of fun, work on my balance, and whole body strength, and have lost a lot of fat and have increased my strength and especially my cardio strength (I never did much cardio, mostly hit the weights).

    If you live along the coastline and it’s a possibility I suggest it, and if you don’t live on the coast, MOVE :).
