In my opinion there is no better program out there that can get you the six pack abs you need that the fast abs program. You see, the fast abs program will tone up your abs and give you a six pack, but there are other things you need to be aware off- all of which are all covered in the fast abs program!
So here I am going to tell you how to get six pack abs….my greatest annoyance are articles that allegedly tell people how to lose weight and get pack abs but the techniques are next to useless in getting six pack abs.
I’m sure you’ve seen the images of a guy holding a broom handle or light barbell over his shoulders and twisting his torso from left to right as a means to lose his love handles. When it comes to getting six pack abs is a waste of time!
Another useless exercise is holding a dumbbell in each hand and bending from side to side. Forget it! Sit ups are also a waste of time when it comes to six pack abs…and all those infomercial machines are also a waste of time! (Bar none)
The reason why they don’t work is that they don’t work the ab muscles effectively! And no matter how long and how hard you use these ab exercise machines you still won’t get six pack abs!
First know that love handles cannot be gotten rid of my ab exercise alone, love handles are the results of the deposition of extra fat around the midsection. (This is common in men, whereas women tend to have extra fat deposited in the hips and thighs.) To lose fat around the waist you need to burn more calories!
There is no real secret to losing fat and getting six pack abs , you need to burn more calories than you consume. That is the secret to getting six pack abs!
A great way to do that is to engage in low intensity aerobics such as walking on a treadmill, using a stationary bike, or whatever. All you need is just 30 minutes 2-3 times a week, every day is even better when it comes to losing weight fast!

The next step to six pack abs is to build your abdominal muscles! No matter how lean you might be, if you don’t tone up your abs, it won’t show up as a set of six pack abs!
The best way to hit the abs is by using crunches!
- Lie down flat on your back with your knees bent and your feet on the floor.
- Hold your hands wherever you feel comfortable (on your chest or beside your head – just be sure you don’t pull on your head).

Step 3: Widen Your Upper Body
The other thing you have to get the appearance of a small waist is to build your upper body!
A wider midsection can be masked by a having a wider upper body. While you are whittling down your midsection, it can only help to add a little more size to your upper body and create more of the vaunted “V shape” that is so desirable. This applies to women as well, women cannot build huge big muscles like men (unless they are on drugs) but they can add tone and extra shape to their muscles!
The single best exercise to develop the upper body and give the illusion of having a super small waist! Is the lat pull down.

As a summary, getting six pack abs is easy to get and so is getting rid of love handles!
Here is the gist of it all:
1 st step –reduce your overall body fat through daily low intensity aerobics and tightening the underlying muscles to improve shape.
2nd step Perform the recommended aerobics sessions (30 minutes a day) every day
3rd step. Perform the six pack abs program- it is just 4 minutes! That is all it takes! And get this: if you don’t have a lot of body fat you don’t need to perform aerobics or diet to get a six pack, just use the fast abs 4 minutes program!
