How to gain muscle mass and strength for 15 yr old?

Just wondering how I can build muscle strength first and also mass although thats not as important it would be nice. I am 15 years old and 128 pounds, I am 5 ft 10 inches. Mainly looking to gain strength the further my football (some call it soccer) as I find I am being pushed off the ball too easily. Bigger looking muscles would be cool to as Im sure you can tell im pretty skinny but that isn’t as important to me.

Thanks 😀

emm am a small player too i hit the weights gym and protien shakes pretty hard now am consider one on the stronger players in the team, am build for short brusts of speed only long distance stuff is a no no with alot of muscle weight. 15 is really young to start weight trainning and taking supplements seein as i was 18 (now 22) when i started lifting weights. I would say buy a set of bumbells (not too heavy) and start doing some simply excerises with them you are far to young to join a gym, pressups and chin ups should also be done, start swimming too , also cut out all junk food and focus on lean meats like chicken, steak fish, wholemeal grains and veg+fruit. when you are older join a gym and focus on deadlifts, sqauts, shoulder presses, barbell curls and bench press. start swimming too

your only 15 and still have alot of growing to do so done worry to much yet you will fill out over time

Do push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups. Benchpresses are ok at 15 as long as you know how to use weights and you don’t push yourself to hard. To get your legs stronger run and do quand excercises. One of the ones I like is standing against a wall and bending your knees but keeping your back and heels on the wall( You shouldn’t be sitting on your heels but supporting yourself with your butt about a foot above your heels).

However the main reason you’re being pushed of the ball might just because you aren’t being agressive enough.

Well, you can run and lift weights….i would go to bodybuilding.com in order to see some of the exercises that are best for what you want to achieve.

Good luck, with a lot of hard work you will be able to achieve this.
