Eat healthy and avoid too much sugary foods is a better direction. Spicy and abrasive foods may also irritate your gums that could start of infection should also be avoided. You can never go wrong with tons of vitamins and minerals in your system. Drop cigarette and tobacco products as well as alcoholic drinks.
