  1. Create and enjoy an 11-day menu. Choose some of your favorite foods, create a menu using those foods, and eat according to your menu every day for 11 days. This menu will get your metabolism burning so hot, it will melt fat off your body like a blowtorch! You can expect to lose approximately 9 pounds during this time!
  2. For the next 3 days, eat whatever the heck you want! This step is important because your metabolism will begin to “adjust” and slow down at the 11 day mark of the menu. By taking a small break from your diet, you will reset your metabolism, making the 3rd step just as effective as the 1st!
  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2. Create your 11 day menu, eat in a way that stokes your metabolism, lose another 9 pounds or so, and take a 3 day break at the end of your menu.
