How many calories should I be taking in and burning to gain muscle mass?
I know to gain muscle mass you need to eat more than you burn, but if I want to gain muscle while minimizing fat gains, and I’m talking like gaining no fat whatsoever, how many extra cals per day should I be eating? I’m already weightlifting 2-3 times a week and doing cardio.
