    heres sum tips, there are no secrets to weight loss,
    step 1: startin doing cardio exercises daily
    step 2: cut out all junk food, only drink milk once a day, drink plenty of water, and juice in the morning, absolutly no soda
    step 3: dont over eat, (like dont eat until your bursting and dieing)
    step 4: start lifting weights, high reps for a tight build, or low reps heavy weight for a larger build

    and an important tip, **dont give in to cravings, and push yourself to greatness!

    dont watch tv a lot and don t spend a lot of time on the computer instead go play outside and

  8. that salad at night is a good idea….i can do pretty good throughout the day but at night i just get a bunch of snacks, so ill just try the salad thing, THANK YOU!

    try natural sweet foods like fruit, watermelon the sort. also strawberries dipped in dark chocolate is much better for you, dark chocolate is good for you and the strawberry as well

    Big People want Yummy in there tummy, you need to just break sweat thats all. Big people need more water than skinny people. And no matter what, just exercise from like 1 minute to like 100 years. JEEZ, It’s hard because you feel Guilty or Bored. And gaining weight comes from eating to much till you get full.     wait, so the calculator says To maintain your current weight you’ll need: 1645 calories a day. so i eat that much or i subtract 500 ?

    well thanks and yes I am a man so mustering the intensity to burn fat is not too difficult. but I admire you for what your doing, keep it up!

    The human body is incredible. Under the right conditions you can gain and lose weight very quickly.
