I am a small, petite girl, but i do have more muscle mass than most (think of a gymnasts body). I work out 3-5 times a week to keep in shape, but I would like to slim down my legs and arms at the same time. I’m not sure how to do this, since I’m working out and it seems to keep them bulked up. I do not do any strengh training on my legs, just running and the elliptical.
