How can i reduce muscle mass in my arms and thighs?

I`ve been doing tae kwon do for about 4 years now & before i started i was quite slim but now im kind of bulky with all the muscle mass. Is there a way i can reduce this ugly muscle mass? its such a turn off .. my thighs and biceps in particular ..
my bmi is 16
