How can I increase muscle mass while lowering me body fat? Should i try creatine?

I’m slightly sad as ive just found out my body fat is at 18.4% and my muscle mass content is 62%…I would like to increase muscle mass, but obviously lose my body fat?

Can i take creatine to help assist my muscle mass (and obvioulsy work out in the gym) – and also take a protein shake?

But can i lose body fat if i wish to take creatine??

  1. Creatine mono-hydrate is more for repairing the mussel tissue after your weightlifting workout, And yes, if you are going to be lifting you will benefit From the Creatine and protein shakes. And for your body fat you will loose it quick, when putting on mussel. In fact after an intense workout, and your body is still shaking, you are loosing weight. Even if your sleeping! Also before an intense workout have some carbohydrates it will help you through. And then after no carbohydrates but a lot of proteins. Keep working at it and you will have that BFM down in no time!
