How can i gain the most muscle mass in as short of workouts.?
I wanna gain as much muscle mass as i can but ide also like to have some shorter workout sessions, i dont care about how many days a week i workout as long as im gaining good amounts of mass, any tips?

use more weight and do less reps to gain more muscle. u shud workout every 2-3 days 2 giv ure muscles time 2 rest
