How can i gain the most muscle mass in as short of workouts.?

I wanna gain as much muscle mass as i can but ide also like to have some shorter workout sessions, i dont care about how many days a week i workout as long as im gaining good amounts of mass, any tips?

  3. push ups and bench presses for the chest, that`ll be really noticeable for having a big chest good luck!
