the most important thing is that you use perfect form when you do this exercises combined with proper breathing techniques( breathe in when you go down and than exhale when you go up)

you do pushups to failure(you cant do any more? than rest for 45 sec than do pushups again till failure then rest for 45 sec and then again

get bigger by doing strength training, be thankful for your high metabolism because you can use your energy to build mass instead of spending most of it on High Intense Interval Training or long drawn out cardios to get cut. 🙂

ummm ya about da knee pushups it doesnt do anything cant i just hangoff my bed and do situps or i got a dumbellbut only 1 cant i just move my arms back and forth with it like side 2 side with da dumbell in my hand

i have 2 questions.
1) im like really skinny and i think its because i have a high metabolism rate. is it possible to slow it down so i can get bigger?
2) i have a resistance band but it doesnt have a door attachment. are there different ways to work out my shoulders with just that?
do pushups while resting on your knees instead of your toes, then advance to push ups when you are able to.

im 6’2 150 very slim. i have been working out for a bout 2 months now and im slowly seeing results but i would like to see more. (maybe im asking for too much) but im trying to reach 160 in MUSCLE. any way to speed this process ?
