To add to the natural way of getting rid of wrinkles is using a banana. One only needs just one-fourth of a banana. Puree or simply mash the banana and apply on face. Leave it for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse it off with warm water and a splash of cold water. Pat the face gently to dry with a clean towel. One of the best ways to have healthy skin is to drink lots of water. As much as possible, drink at least 8 glasses per day. Diet also affects a lot in achieving a younger look. It is best to have fruits and vegetables or foods that are rich in Vitamins A, C and E. These vitamins can help in maintaining and achieving a healthy and young looking skin.
