  1. i know ur not asking me but i think u shuld try treadmill first, if its hard for u too run then powerwalk at about 3.5mph-4.5mph, if u want to sweat and build a bit more muscle try holding 2 weights like 3 pounds each and powerwalk at the same time and swing ur arms alot so u burn more. i had the same problem when i was younger but then i gained it back after breaking a bone T_T

  7. i have been dieting the past 4 days … by only drinking A LOT OF WATER … having breakfast … launch a very little amount … and 1 sandwich (cheese) at night … and while studying .. i use jump rope …. every day .. i change between breakfast and dinner.. so i eat a lot on breakfast .. and small on dinner .. then the opposite … and im losing weight VERY FAST … like 1.5 – 2 kg a day … is this healthy ?? .. in 4 days … i got from 98 – 92 kg … that’s a lot 🙁 ? please help

    ( think ) food has nothing to do with wight ok maybe a little, I eat too much and don’t care about sugar or oil simply I don’t give a fuck about what I eat and I wight 160 lb but I think a lots, so the key is thinking not food. ok read and study math good for you mind and for your body. if you see all fat people don’t like to think well means not smart at all, and they are always happy which is very bad to be happy all the time, hope I helped M.Fs

  17. i am already doing everything .. just 1 last question … i have school … so i cant eat 5 – 6 meals a day .. + we have launch at 3 pm /// and dinner at 9 pm … and breakfast at 11 am … so. .. any hints to pass this rule …

    here … we don’t really count calories or go to a supermarket .. we just stick to a certain diet by visiting a specialist … so can you please tell me how to lose 50 lbs in 5 months without counting calories … PLEASE !!
