I prefer to work out during the morning. Get it out of the way.
If i really wanted to workout in the morning i would, but i choose not to cuz i like working out in around 6pm. Im just used to doing it around that time. And for my motivation to go workout, i dont really have none anymore i think. To me, working out is part of my lifestyle and a hobbie…and i also wanna say that i think im kinda addicted to it. Once i started i never wanted to stop 🙂

I find that if I work out at night the easier it is to make excuses, like I’m too tired. I like to work out in the morning because it makes me feel good about my day. I am a visual person, so I have pictures of what my goal is on the inside of my pantry doors. Makes me think twice. Great video!
Could you possibly make sport-specific exercise series? I would like to make a personal request for Tennis. I’m a very experienced player who is currently held back from improving primarily due to not being physically strong enough. But I don’t know which muscles to build for the best results.

is workoing out like this a better alternative to weights?? cause im using weights everytym for workouts…although i must admit my body has become a bit stiff due to it

Well good questions I don’t seem to have very many excuses to not workout as I Try and do 6 or 20 minutes of a workout if I got a really busy day or I’ll aim to finish my workout by 11am so ready for my day to rock n roll!

i work out at around 2 or 3 pm and than go back to sleep almost right after. i dont know if thats the best way but it works for me and i always feel great when i wake up.
i agree i play soccer and i have the same mindset. one day i take off while someone else is woking and thats half a step advantage lost. im gona have to push muself even harder now that im goin on to play on a scholarship
