but steve, why didn’t you mention anything resistance training, legs, back and chest? Wouldn’t that speed up weight loss even more?
Yasmeen, that sounds like you’ve lost 23 lbs. in a month. You should be losing weight much slower then that generally speaking. I don’t know what effect pregnancy will have, but you must be patient. Most people focus on losing 1 lb. per WEEK! Write back if you need more help. We’ll gladly help.
hi,i just gave birth a month ago,at the end of my pregnancy i weighd 186 today i weigh 163.i work out half an hour a day (the only time i have to my self) but know i am not losing as much weight as i was. what can i do to help.

Also i have another question if you don’t mind, why do my calves always hurt when i go on the treadmill, i stretch before i do it, but they still hurt especially when i go faster, i can’t go more than 5.5 miles per hour. Is that normal? I do 5 minutes on the treadmill and 5 minutes on the stationery bike, is that considered interval like training?

Eating foods that are higher in fiber like whole grain breads and fruits. We’re also coming out with a supplement that will help reduce hunger. Should be out if the next month!!!
my issue isn’t exercise, my issue is eating, i’m having trouble eating less. I’m not a junk food person but i eat til i’m full. How can i reduce the amount of food i eat without feeling hungry again in an hour?

ok i need major help i was 220 and i went down to 160 with muscle but now ive been lazy and i gained 13 pounds. i lost alot of muscle as well. this is becaus im allllways hungry as in i eat a big meal n 30 minutes later i want a snack how can i control this or make changes please help. and what are some good motivational tips.

Fruit is always a good food. Low in calories, high in fiber and water and very filling. Also try a lean protein like fish or chicken. It takes a long time to digest and really quells the appetite.

and i have about 10 pounds of fat ive been tryin to get off.”i have a little gut, i hate it” anyways ive been consuming 1400 calories a day and making a defeciet of 3500 every 3 days. i have already lost 2 pounds in 4 days plus my muscles have increased over the past 3 weeks. im pretty pretty tired of exercising all day but i feel fine, just a little hungry. is that too much to do for 3 more weeks?
