Exercises to Lose Thigh Fat

If you’ve noticed that leg of yours doesn’t look good in skinny jeans anymore nor is it any better on your shorts, it’s time to press the panic button and start doing something. A lot of people have fit bodies but saggy thighs. Aesthetically, thighs that jiggle like jello would never really appeal to anyone. A weight reducing diet alone won’t cut thigh fat. Some leg exercises should also be integrated. That’s why I’ll be teaching you the certain leg exercises to lose thigh fat easily.

Lose Thigh Fat Exercise #1: Do Biking

There is not a better combination of cardio and toning exercise as cycling or biking. If you are having trouble with your weight as well as your thighs, then this exercise is perfect for you. If you prefer doing it indoors, you can use stationary bikes and recumbent bikes. However, outdoors is your cup of tea, try mountain biking instead. It is really up to you just as long as you enjoy it while you work those thighs.

Lose Thigh Fat Exercise #2: Do Exercise on the Mat

The following exercises which needs a rubber mat can be performed in the gym or inside the comfort of your own home. Position yourself on the mat by kneeling as you place the two of your hands in front of you. You should look like a baby in a crawling position. Firstly, raise your right leg vertically up and down for 20 counts, do the sam thing for the other leg. Do 5 cycles for each. The next step is to do it horixontally for two of the legs alternately with 20 counts, 5 sets each. Finally do a combination of leg raises horizontally and vertically for 20 counts, 5 sets each. This exercise tones your thighs because it is directly focused on your legs. If you practice this 3 to 4 times a week, then you’re on your way to the most amazing legs in the couple of months to come.

Lose Thigh Fat Exercise #3: Water Power!

Have you already seen a swimmer’s legs? They look so firm, right? If you’re dying to have their legs, swim regularly. The kicking is a good toning exercise for your thighs.

If you often do these exercises several times a week, you’re on your way to having firm and nice looking legs. Follow these exercises and you won’t ever be scared of wearing skinny jeans or shorts ever again.
