On the other hand, more aerobic exercises are required by endomorphs as they have a lower metabolic rate, hence, they tend to put on fat easily. Mesomorphs, finally, are those with a body type that has naturally excellent proportions of muscle mass and can gain muscle easily through resistance trainings.

After identifying the various types of exercises as well as the different body types, you may have had selected the combination of exercises that would be included in your exercise program. As such, selecting the equipment that would be used in the performance of these activities is the next decision to make. Exercises that promote cardiovascular fitness may be aided with pieces of equipment such as a treadmill for walking or jogging.
