Dreaming You Were Smarter? : A Deeper Look at the ZOX Pro Training System

We all, occasionally, wish to be at least a tad smarter…some folks even want to be a whole lot smarter! The makers of the ZOX Pro Training System are aiming to teach you the best way to unlock your brain’s potential and actually be smarter. But can you actually make your brain smarter? Can making your brain smart be accomplished? Does the program do what it claims to do? We chose to take a closer look at it and figure out if it is worth it’s asking price.

The main idea behind the program is teaching your brain to be smarter by becoming a speed reader. The ZOX Pro Training System’s essence is teaching you how to speed read for even the longest books. The technique you learn for your speed reading is referred to as Memory Photography and is thought to teach you how to mentally photograph complete pages for subsequent recollection.

Being able to get through the reading and being able to recall it later is one of the things that is toughest for many students out there. For dyslexics and individuals who have ADD and ADHD, this is very challenging. The ZOX Pro Training System is developed to help the reading aspect of learning to be a lot faster. The ZOX Pro Training System promises you that you can read entire pages or even whole books in just a few minutes time. If you progress through the program correctly, you’ll be able to read much faster and recall what you’ve read afterward. This gives students who aren’t good readers quite a boost to their confidence.

Dr. Richard Welch (with the help of a book by Shannon Panzo) developed the ZOX Pro Training System. Dr. Welch spent over thirty years finding out everything he could about the brain and its ability to keep and process information. He went through the information and ideas in Panzo’s book and used them on his own research and that is how he was able to come up with his Memory Photography system for reading retention. At first sight, it looks really great.

The ZOX system doesn’t come cheap. It’s current cost is $197 but for that high price you get all of the modules in the course and system as well as a bunch of other bonus materials that are designed to help you get as much as possible from the course. Thus, if you are okay with paying nearly two hundred dollars for videos, lessons, audio files and eBooks then you will be okay with the cost of the program.

Our big problem with the ZOX Pro Training System is the fact that, while it is great to be able to read quickly, having that ability doesn’t in reality make you smarter. Learning how to process and understand what you have read is what will help you be smarter. Though, admittedly, if you have difficulty getting through the reading in the first place you’ll in all likelihood have difficulty with everything else. In this aspect, the ZOX Pro Training System can be a fantastic tool to have handy.
