Dream Of The Nature Of God

Testimonies can release great power of the kingdom of God. In the past, the best I knew was how this can help me minister to others. There are so many people out there waiting for a miracle and I knew testimonies could help them. But then I found that it is much more than this. What is more then helping people is that the knowledge of God shall fill the earth like water filling the oceans. God reveals Himself with testimonies of His powerful works.

Testimony turns out to be a more fundamental principle that I thought. It is a fundamental principle in the kingdom of God that it can create enormous effect in any aspect of life. It is an essential tool and principle for the church to really disciple the nations. I feel that this must be taught with greater respect and be learnt in order to be applied to reality in greater amplitude.

By sharing testimony, power can flow from one to another. One time in a conference in Minnesota, a young lady with a crippled leg came forward. She was hurt in a traffic accident. She had surgical nail installed in her leg which caused pain and other troubles. We laid our hands on her and she got healed.

We encouraged her to share her testimony so that others can be benefited. A woman had a serious injury in her leg also came forward. After hearing the testimony, she believe that God is willing to heal her. We asked the lady who was just healed to lay her hand on this woman. The woman immediately got healed.

I also realize that the critical element to fulfill this calling or mission is that we must remember. We must with our full strength remember every word God said and every work He did in the history of man or in our personal life. And that is testimony. The ability to remember will determine whether we can maintain a kingdom of God lifestyle full of power and miracles.

We are still trying to understand the truth about testimony and remembering. As we seek, we will find. We will find what is important and could not be overlooked. We will find how to live as sons of God. And as we put in faith and practice these principles that the Lord reveals to us, we will release heavenly power to this broken world, fully preaching the gospel just as what Jesus did in His 3 years of earthly ministry.
