Does The Secret Work to Attract Happiness? (II)

How will we act to get closer to our goals?

To offer you a practical example, I'm sharing with you my “Daily Routine for Contentment” (listen to me, it just takes 1 or 2 minutes a day) and every day you'll get nearer to make your dreams come true.

“Daily Routine for Happiness'” steps

Step 1: Ask. Consider what you need to realize. As I discussed before, what emotions and feelings you would like to experience. (Those may be a full description or just something similar to “feeling better and better each single day”).

Step 2: Show it. You can do this in the morning or before bedtime. Just close your peepers and picture how you want to feel. Think content, with a large grin, enjoying, laughing … Live in your mind what you want to achieve.

Step 3: Get into Action. This step is vital. No has to do anything amazing, but you want to act on the moment, build momentum and move towards what you want to realize. An example: Suppose you wish to attract better health, to get fit. Your routine can start with 1 or 2 minutes visualizing yourself in excellent condition, enjoying your body and how well you are feeling. Now to get in action you can choose to start a diet, or just stop eating candy, or you make the commitment that from now on you’d take the stairs instead of the elevator. These are actions that show the universe that you are moving forward to your desire.

Step 4: Enjoy. The practice of “The Secret” (Ley de Atraccion) is not a destination but a regular journey. Enjoy what you have now, starts to appreciate your reality as it is and notice those small signs the universe puts in your way. Feeling good and accepting your present fact will help you a lot to achieve what you want.

Step 5: Receive and be grateful. Eventually, keep an unprejudiced mind to get your desires. Along the day, take 1 or 2 minutes to list 5 things you are thankful for, those can be as great as being alive and breathing or easy ones as for the food you like and enjoy. The key here is to evaluate what we have , get what we'd like and appreciate the wealth in our lives.
