I read that if you just eat healthy, you don’t need to take vitamins at all because you would be getting all of your nutrients through your food, which is better than vitamins.

hey i have some great tips!
what i do to lose weight is write down everything i eat and how many calories everything has. i only eat 1250 calories a day in order to lose 1.5 lbs a week. this has such a great impact on what i choose to put in my mouth
also when i exercise if i burn 200 calories on a treadmill then i subtract 200 cals from what i ate that day b/c it has been burned. so i can eat 200 healthy calories in a salad, etc if i want
i’ve lost 8 lbs in the past 2 weeks doing this!

i would have never guessed you were a size 13. I think you look great! Try 1% or nonfat milk. I drink non-fat. U can get some good healthy snacks at trader joes! =)

im trying to lose weight too cuz ive been eating a lot and doing nothing cuz its the summer
Ima male i workout and my meal plan consists of low carb,high protein, no sugar,no sodium, plenty of fibre vegetables, chicken breast with no added suace or anything, low fat milk, whey,, I pretty much Eat like a CaveMan and it seems to work. In 2 months my body changed drastically, of course working out is needed too
You are a great motivator. My standard breakfast is a mini whole wheat bagel with lite cream cheese and 2 hard boiled eggs and a banana. A good dessert also is sugar free JELLO with fat free cool whip! Good luck!
