i think its better to work out your entire body in one session, that way it work on your cardio and stamina too. not just muscle mass. you will get big but your body will all grow at the same time. plus you hafto eat alot. work up an appetite

– weights (barbell – dumbell – kb ecc..)??
– bodyweight?
– run? what kind of run?
– Your workouts are all in circuit? so you train aerobic lattacid system?
