  7. I agree, leg raises from the power tower or hanging leg raises from a pull up bar are the best. They will work both lower and upper abs. Check out my abs, I never do sit ups or crunches. And hanging leg raiases feel so much better than doing sit ups in my opinion.

  17. No, your at a pretty healthy weight and have a pretty low body fat percentage so I would just start working you “may” have to change your diet a bit thought depending on a lot of factors like where some of your fat is etc.
